- associated with HPV 16
- minority of cases progresses to SCC
- Erythroplasia of Queyrat
- erythroplakia on the glans/prepuce
- only the location distinguishes Bowen’s from Queyrat’s
- Bowenoid papulosis
- multiple papular lesions
- affects at a younger age than Bowden/Queyrat
- associated with HPV 16
- does not progress to SCC
- Bowen’s disease
- carcinoma in situ
- increases risk only if man is not hygienic

- Metastasis
- SCC may seed to inguinal and iliac nodes
