- difficulty feeding
- inability to swallow
- pneumonia
- aspiration of stomach contents into lungs
- maternal polyhydramnios
- fetus cannot swallow amniotic fluid for reentry of fluid into vasculature
- difficulty feeding
- Physical exam
- Limb abnormalities
Treatment
- Surgical correction
