Differential Diagnosis
- Persistent cervical sinus (pharyngeal cleft cyst)
- differentiating factor
- lateral neck mass anterior to the sternocleidomastoid muscle
- differentiating factor
- does not move with protrusion of the tongue and swallowing
Treatment
- Surgical
- excision of mass
